About product delivery

About returns and exchanges

・ About leggings size exchange
For Backline Hip Leggings, we accept up to one size exchange for the same product and the same color. We will bear the round-trip shipping fee. If you wish, please contact customer support.
・ If a product different from the one you ordered arrives, or if the product is returned or exchanged due to a defect, we will refund the full amount or exchange it for the same product .
